Dear Dr. Rowena,

Attached is a picture of my daughter Kendra, 9 months, being treated.  While I was at work, one of my coworker's sons dropped my  baby from the couch.  She somersaulted over the side and landed awkwardly on her back.  It was a pretty nasty fall, but she seemed  lright after a few minutes of crying.  However, for the next few days she was irritable and couldn't sleep for more than 4 hours  straight, which is very unlike her.  My gut feeling was that she wasn't sick; so I didn't take her to the pediatric doctor, but I 
immediately thought of you.  You are a 2 1/2 hour drive away for us, but I gladly travel the distance as often as I can.  You can see that she is not bothered by the treatments at all in the picture.  You always make Kendra feel comfortable and at ease when you work on  her.  It turned out that she did have a subluxation which you were able to correct.  I cannot even explain the drastic turnaround!  She slept from that night on perfectly.  She does not fuss anymore either.  She is happy and comfortable again.  Thank you for your continued care for my family. I don't know what I would do without you.

As a side note, I have been asthma free for four years now.  No steroids or inhalers at all.  It uncannily corresponds with the 
number of years I have been coming to you for treatments...Hmmm.  Do you think we are on to something?

I should have written a testimonial a long time ago, (14+ yrs ago?) where would I be without you!

Since the age of 5 I have gone to a straight Chiropractor only because that’s what was available.

Before the age of 5 I suffered two serious head injuries and had migraine headaches. If it weren’t for Chiropractic I would have been on medications for headaches all my life.

When I found out about you I did not mind the 2+ hour drive because you are a Legend.

The very first time I came to see you I forgot about an earlier head injury when filling out the medical forms that are necessary to give you my complete medical history.

While you were examining me you were taking note of my chart and mentioned that I had suffered a more serious injury to the back of my head at an earlier age, (than the injury I had noted on my chart.) I had completely forgotten about that, but you were able to detect that trauma….How amazing I thought…. and I still feel that way.

It didn’t take long to get me to where my body has the best ability to heal itself in all circumstances since I have always taken good care of myself. Although I don’t need to come back very often I still treat myself to this gift every 3 months as preventative care.

Prior to receiving chiropractic care I was only able to sleep about 3 hours every night. I did not realize how out of alignment my body was.

I have greatly improved with Dr. Gregory Petruzzi and Dr. Rowena de Jesus’ adjustments and there is no “cracking” whatsoever. I now am able to sleep 6 hours straight and hopefully that will eventually get to 8.

Dear Dr Rowena,

I am writing to let you know what a positive impact your methods have made on my health, in respect to helping me deal with a vertebrae misalignment in my neck which resulted from a vertical impact accident I had 15 years ago.

Without successful treatment, this problem continued to flare up on occasion, and has increased in occurrence and severity, just within the last 2-3 years. At its worst points, it affected my speech, as well as my breathing, and upper body mobility. This is when I sought your help. 

The debilitating pain and numbness eventually led me to the point of needing help from my husband to care for myself. I then decided that I needed to take a leave of absence from my profession, in order to recover fully. I have tried to find ways to correct this, and did not want to turn to the common, more aggressive chiropractic methods, (unnecessary!) surgery, or toxic prescription drugs that only mask pain, and cannot actually correct the problem.

Thanks to your methods, and by following your recommendations for about a year now, I am now feeling so much better, and consider myself to be back to about 90% of my full strength, in consideration of the debilitated condition I was in at the start of my care.

Even though I’ve had an occasional setback, your methods have strengthened my body’s ability to overcome these setbacks more quickly than I could have without seeking your chiropractic help.

I am grateful for what your chiropractic service has done for me (as well as other members of my family). My overall health is constantly improving, and I am again able to have my life as it should be!

Words cannot even begin to express my appreciation and gratitude for the help and health we have experienced here at De Jesus Family Chiropractic. As a nutritionist I believe in the innate power of the human body to heal itself when given the right tools like whole foods and whole food supplements and when this was not completely handling my and my sons health issues, we turned to Dr. De Jesus and Dr. Petruzzi for help.

After seeing Dr. Petruzzi and then also seeing Dr. Joanne Gallagher for craniosacral therapy I felt so much better. I have been sleeping ever since then! I cannot thank Dr. Petruzzi and Dr. Gallagher for their life giving help! I think of all the men and women and children out there who may have these or other health issues where medicine is not able to find the cause or are finding nothing at all and yet they still suffer or maybe being told it is all in their heads!
